Does Rethink CBD ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of South Africa.

 

How are my purchases delivered?

Our courier company will deliver your order to your preferred address. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. There are no deliveries on weekends and public holidays.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Customers purchasing with a total of R450 or more can enjoy free delivery of their orders.

While we partly subsidize the cost of delivery, we charge a flat rate of R75 In Western Cape and R95 outside Western Cape for orders under R450.

Note: Free Shipping is based off  on the Last Total and not the Subtotal(Total before any discounts or coupons).

 

When will I receive my order?

We’re so excited for you to receive your shipment, orders will arrive in 3-5 business days.

 

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

We will contact you within 1-2 working days to notify you and provide with options e.g., swap for a similar product, receive store credit, or get a refund on the item.

 

Can I track my order?

Tracking details are sent via dispatch email from our Courier. You will receive regular updates on the status of your delivery from our Courier Services.

 

Can I change my delivery address after I’ve ordered?

Should the order still be at our warehouse, Please contact our customer service department on 021 001 9748, or email CARE@RETHINKCBD.CO.ZA, to update your delivery address.

 

Please note, once the order has already been delivered or left our warehouse, we will send you a courier quote and arrange for your order to be sent to your new delivery address.

 

What happens if an item is missing from my delivery?

Call us on 021 001 9748 or email our customer service team at CARE@RETHINKCBD.CO.ZA with your order details, including the order number, and product/s missing/not received.

 

What if my package is damaged or broken?

Call us on 021 001 9748 or email our customer service department at CARE@RETHINKCBD.CO.ZA, with your order number and a photo of the damaged or broken item. We will gladly assist you.
